My journey into cake baking and decorating began in 2012 as a hobby. After taking a Wilton Cake Decorating course, I discovered a true passion and talent for transforming cakes into beautiful works of art. Combining my background in education with my love for cake decorating, I became a certified Wilton Cake Decorating Instructor, sharing my skills and creativity with others.
After becoming a mother, I chose to dedicate more time to my family while pursuing my passion for baking. What started as a hobby grew into a business built on creativity, quality, and attention to detail.
Over the years, I have had the privilege of creating custom cakes and desserts for countless celebrations, including birthdays, weddings, baby showers, graduations, and other special events. Every cake is baked from scratch and decorated with care, because I understand that each creation represents a meaningful moment and lasting memory for my clients.

Custom Cakes
Custom Cake Orders
We specialize in custom-designed cakes and require a minimum of 7 days' notice for all orders. Once your inquiry is submitted, we will provide a personalized quote within 3 business days.
To help us create the perfect cake for your celebration, please include the following information:

Number of servings needed
Cake theme, inspiration, or design ideas
Preferred flavors and filling
Delivery address (if delivery if requested)

Delivery
We offer delivery services for your convenience. Delivery fees are calculated based on the destination and will vary depending on the location. Please contact us for a delivery quote and availability for your event date.
Policies
Thank you for choosing Omayra’s Sweet Design for your special celebration! Every cake and dessert is carefully prepared with attention to detail and made with love. To provide the best experience for all of our customers, please review the following policies before placing your order.
1. Custom Cake Orders
Custom cake orders require a minimum of 7 days’ advance notice. Larger or more detailed orders may require additional notice.
To request a custom cake, please provide:
Event date
Number of servings needed
Cake flavor
Filling, if desired
Theme or design
Inspiration photos, if applicable
Preferred colors
Delivery address, if delivery is requested
We will respond to inquiries within 3 business days with availability and a personalized quote.
Please note that submitting an inquiry or receiving a quote does not guarantee availability or reserve your date. Your order is confirmed only after the required payment or deposit has been received.
2. Deposits & Payments
A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your order and reserve your event date.
Orders are not considered confirmed until the required payment has been received.
The remaining balance, if applicable, must be paid by the agreed-upon due date. Orders with an unpaid balance may not be released until payment is received.
Prices are based on the details provided at the time of the quote. Changes to the order may result in additional charges.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Because custom orders require advance preparation and the purchase of ingredients and decorating materials, deposits may be non-refundable.
Cancellation and refund eligibility will depend on how far in advance the order is canceled and whether preparation or materials have already been purchased.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Any refund, when applicable, will be determined according to the circumstances of the cancellation and the applicable payment terms.
4. Changes to Orders
We understand that plans can change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your order.
Changes to the following may affect the price:
Cake size or number of servings
Flavor or filling
Design
Colors
Decorations
Personalized details
Delivery location
Last-minute changes may not be possible due to preparation time and ingredient or decoration availability.
5. Custom Designs & Inspiration Photos
We are happy to use inspiration photos to help create your custom design.
Because every cake is handmade, the finished product may have slight differences from an inspiration photo. Variations in colors, decorations, proportions, textures, and details may occur.
Our goal is to create a beautiful cake inspired by your vision while maintaining the artistic integrity and quality of our work.
Please note that edible colors may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and screen settings.
6. Pickup Policy
Customers will receive pickup instructions and the designated pickup time for their order.
Please arrive as close as possible to your scheduled pickup time.
Once the cake has been picked up, the customer is responsible for transporting and caring for the cake.
For safe transportation:
Keep the cake on a flat surface.
Avoid placing the cake on a car seat.
Keep the vehicle cool and air-conditioned.
Keep the cake away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
Drive carefully and avoid sudden stops or sharp turns.
Omayra’s Sweet Design is not responsible for damage that occurs after the cake has been picked up.
7. Delivery Policy
Delivery is available for an additional fee based on the delivery location.
Delivery must be requested when placing the order so that the appropriate fee and availability can be confirmed.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and a reliable phone number.
Someone must be available to receive the order at the agreed-upon delivery time. If the customer or designated recipient is unavailable, additional delivery fees may apply, and we cannot guarantee that the cake can remain at the delivery location.
Once the cake has been delivered and accepted by the customer or designated recipient, responsibility for the cake transfers to the customer.
8. Cake Care & Storage
Proper handling and storage are important to maintain the appearance and quality of your cake.
Unless otherwise instructed, cakes should be kept in a cool environment and protected from heat, humidity, and direct sunlight.
Certain cakes and fillings may require refrigeration. Specific storage instructions will be provided when applicable.
Please do not leave cakes in a hot vehicle or outdoors, especially in warm weather.
9. Allergies & Food Safety
Omayra’s Sweet Design takes food preparation and customer safety seriously.
Our kitchen may handle common allergens, including but not limited to:
Wheat/gluten
Eggs
Milk/dairy
Soy
Peanuts
Tree nuts
While we take reasonable precautions during preparation, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or product.
Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions must notify us before placing an order so we can discuss available options.
10. Personalized Information
Customers are responsible for verifying all personalized information before the order is finalized.
This includes:
Names
Ages
Dates
Numbers
Messages
Spelling
Colors
Other personalized details
Omayra’s Sweet Design is not responsible for errors in information that was provided or approved by the customer.
11. Product Availability & Substitutions
Certain ingredients, decorations, colors, or specialty items may occasionally become unavailable.
If a specific item becomes unavailable, we may substitute it with a similar item while maintaining the overall design, quality, and appearance of the order.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant substitutions whenever possible.
12. Photography & Social Media
We love sharing our creations!
With customer permission, photographs of completed cakes and desserts may be used on the Omayra’s Sweet Design website, social media pages, promotional materials, or portfolio.
Customers may request that their order not be photographed for promotional purposes.
13. Pricing
Prices vary depending on cake size, servings, flavor, filling, design complexity, decorations, and other customization options.
Prices provided in product listings or promotional materials may be subject to change.
A custom quote is based on the details provided at the time of the inquiry. Additional requests or changes may result in an updated price.
14. Communication
Please make sure the contact information provided with your order is accurate.
Omayra’s Sweet Design may contact customers by phone, text message, or email regarding order details, payment, pickup, delivery, or other information necessary to complete the order.
We recommend responding promptly to requests for confirmation or clarification, especially for custom orders.
15. Customer Satisfaction
We want every customer to be happy with their order.
If you have a concern regarding your cake or dessert, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order and provide photos and a description of the concern.
We will make every reasonable effort to review and address concerns fairly and professionally.
16. Agreement to Our Policies
